(No Longer) Baby Girl

I have been mourning the loss of Margaret's babyhood. She has become such a little girl instead of a baby in so many ways now. Don't get me wrong, I love, love, love this stage. She is cuddly and independent and funny... I just miss my little flirty baby. Makes me weepy to think about.

Margaret is almost walking. We are getting very close now, even her PT (physical therapist) thinks so. On loan we have been using a gait trainer to help her learn faster. She LOVES it and has walked so much with it today that we have wiped her out and she is ready for bed now at 4pm.

Because of her new mobility, we have a milestone to report: First skinned knee. She was so upset about it and so cute. And, yeah, she HATES Band-Aids.

Great news with William! And look at your baby girl! She is growing up way to fast! She looks like she is enjoying walking around! She will take off in not time. We used a machine called the LiteGait with Hailey and it really sped up her learning to walk.

WOW! Look at how big she is! My best friend has a 3 year old who I have had the pleasure of watching mature and he is so much fun now - I'm anxiously awaiting that with mine too.

Now that she's mobile I bet she'll cause even more anxiety! hahaha

Have fun with her Mama!

They are on the same hair growing schedule :-) I am in the same boat as far as the bangs go. I kind of don't want to cut them, but she doesn't like to keep clips in her hair so most of the time she walks around with them in her face and it looks awful. Oh the joys of toddlerhood :-) I know we both can't wait for lots and lots of "real" hair! Ha, ha!

That's great news all around. Margaret is getting so big, I can't believe she's walking. Great news about William too! Enjoy every second with those babies!!!

This is awesome. I know exactly how you feel because I started having those "he is growing up on me" feelings this past weekend. WoW! Don't they grow fast.

Wow! I've been away from blogland for a few days and look at those babes of yours!!

M is almost walking beautifully (my girl is doing her level best but she's such a clumsy little one). William is beautiful! He's certainly looking at whoever is bathing him in that pic...

I'm so glad you got good news from the optho- of all the people that need some great news, I was hoping you would get it 8)

They are so lucky to have a mom like you.
I want to see them in person one day so I can tell them a bunch of great stories about their mommy :)

Love the blog!

Hooray for Margaret! She looks wonderful using her gait trainer. What a big girl. I can't believe how much older she looks in these new pics.

I am estatic over the great news you got from William's optho appt. It's great to hear that he's trying to track objects and seeing on some level.

Sorry for not keeping in touch over the past month. Things have been crazy to say the least. I know that is no excuse but I promise to keep up with you and your two beauties more often.
